2006 Summer Rates

• Cottage 1 - $150.00/night plus tax for 1 or 2 nights

                          $140.00/night plus tax for 3 or 4 nights

        $130.00/night plus tax for 5 or more nights.

• Cottage 2 - $170.00/night plus tax for 1 or 2 nights

                    $160.00/night plus tax for 3 or 4 nights

                    $150.00/night plus tax for 5 or more nights.

Deposits and Final Payment

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit.  

• 2% Borough Sales Tax applies to all prices

Cancellation:

We recognize that vacation plans can change

• All cancellations have a $25.00 processing fee

• Cancellations made 14 days in advance will have full refund of deposit

• Cancellations made 13 – 7 days in advance will have refund of 50% of deposit

• Cancellations made 6 – 0 days in advance will have no refund of deposit

• Refund request must be in writing or by e-mail.

Check in/Check out Times

Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 12:00 noon.  Earlier check-in may be possible if cottage availability exists.  Later check-out times may be approved upon special request and availability of accommodations.
